New Alcohol Guidelines Released

The Department of Health has released new guidelines as to the recommended drinking limits. This is the first full review of alcohol guidelines since 1995 and states that there is no such thing as a safe level of drinking. Additionally, the Guidance now recommends that both men and women who regularly drink should consume no more than 14 units per week. The full Guidance can be found here:
